Epsilon Phi Chapter
On October 20, 2012 thanks to the strides made by ten lovely ladies, the Epsilon Phi chapter was established as the fifth undergraduate chapter in North Carolina and the 116th in the nation. The Epsilon Phi Chapter was officially accepted into the Diversified Greek Council at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

"We are proud of the history that lies behind our letters, proud of the strength, and resiliency that our Burgundy and Gray represent. We are surrounded by the bond of a genuine sisterhood that our Founding Mothers created in 1975."

With Unity, Love, and Respect
LTA's Epsilon Phi Chapter seeks to uphold the principle of Unity by building community. In working with and supporting other campus organizations, our chapter endeavors tirelessly to bridge the gap — to bring Greeks in all of UNC Charlotte’s councils together, to unite Greeks and non-Greeks, to foster ties between students and faculty, to encourage cohesion at this great university as best we can.

As Universal Women, sisters of LTA exemplify the principle of Love in their everyday lives; both at the chapter level and beyond, Lambda Ladies form tight-knit bonds with each other that last a lifetime. This organization, furthermore, takes the principle of Respect to heart, regularly serving others through volunteerism, educational programming, and social activism.

Women who join Lambda Theta Alpha are women who not only care about themselves, but their communities as well. The bond of this sisterhood extends beyond the Epsilon Phi chapter but to all Lambda Ladies across the nation. Through their sisterhood, service, and academic achievement, sisters strive to make a difference — whether it is in large increments or small ones; their efforts never cease.
